INTERNATIONAL AIPORTS NEAR GRENOBLE
Option 1: Bus (≃ 1h - 1 bus/30 min): Grenoble bus station ➔ Lyon Airport St Exupéry. Check the buses HERE (either Flixbus or blablacar). Option 2: Train (≃ 1h - 1 train/2h) : Grenoble train station ➔ Lyon Airport St Exupéry. Book your train on SNCF Connect
Option 1 : train Grenoble train station ➔ Genève Cornavin + train Genève Cornavin ➔ Geneva Airport a. First, book the train: Grenoble train station ➔ Gevève Cornavin on SNCF Connect (direct: 2h02 or with a change: 4h14). Approximately one train per 1h30 during the day. b. Book the train Gevène Cornavin ➔ Geneva Aiport on SBB CFF FFS. Approximately 5 trains per day.
Option 2 : bus Grenoble gare ➔ Geneva airport a. You can check the buses on this bus company website: Blablacar (≃ 2h50 - ≃ 20 €) Approximately one bus per two hours. b. Here is another one: Flixbus (≃ 3h00 - ≃ 20 €). Approximately three buses per day. *** /!\ Be careful, always choose "Aéroport Genève Cointrin" and not "Genève Gare routière"
HOW TO TO GO TO THE WORKSHOP LOCATION
Option 1: on foot. When you are in the grenoble train station, use the underground corridor and take the exit "Palais de Justice" (and not city center). Then follow the route on google maps or any app. It is approcimately 19 min on foot (1,1 km). Click on the link to see the route
Option 2:by using public transport a. Tram train station: "Grenoble Gares" b. Take the tram B toward "Oxford" c. Stop at the "Cité Internationale" tram station. d. Walk 5 min to the 5 place nelson mandela. Click on the link to see the route.
/!\ you must buy a ticket and validate it at the tram station using the appropriate terminals. You can also send by SMS "1h" on your phone to this phone numer: 93 123. The sms you received back is a validated tram and bus ticket for one hour.
